Chapter 5

– Program Mode

Selecting a Cam Channel

To make cam settings, you must first select a cam channel. To do so, perform the following steps:

1.

Select CAM SWITCH on the Tool Program Menu. If requested, enter the general password. The
Cam Channel Menu displays.

Select a cam channel to program. The Cam Channel Program Type Menu, shown in Figure 5-46,
page 144, displays.

Channel Program Type Menu except Auto Advance are provided in the following sections. Auto
Advance is not available as a cam timing option for SmartPAC PRO Servo.
