34) Attach the deviation pipe (94117B,
35) Attach the chain block (H6) to the
attachment point in the gallery.
36) Turn the crosshead pin 90
°.
37) Operate the manual ratchets (H4, H5) to
move the crosshead pin to the fuel side.
38) Attach the chain block (H6) to the
shackle on the lifting plate (94324).
39) Carefully remove the manual
ratchet (H5).
40) Operate the chain block (H6) and the
manual ratchet (H4) to remove the
crosshead pin through the door frame.
41) Lower the crosshead pin on to an
applicable wooden underlay.
42) Remove the chain block (H6) and the
manual ratchet (H4) from the shackle on
the crosshead pin.

Guide Shoes
−
Removal
1) Record the positions of the guide
shoes. The shims of the guide shoes
can have different dimensions. This will
help you during the installation
procedure.
2) Operate the applicable manual ratchet
shoe to the door frame.
3) Attach the chain block (H1,
) to the
eye bolt (EB2) on the guide shoe.
4) Remove carefully the manual
5) Operate the manual ratchets (H4, H5) to
move the guide shoe to the fuel side.
6) Attach the chain block (H6) to the eye
bolt (EB2).

a) Operate the chain block (H6). At the
same time, carefully operate the
manual ratchets (H4, H5).
b) Lower the guide shoe (1) on to an
applicable wooden underlay.
