6. Injection valve − Installation
1) Make sure that the seating surfaces of the injection valve and cylinder are clean and
have no damage.
2) Attach the bush (94289C, Fig. 6 ) to the injection valve.
3) Put oil n the new O − rings (2, 3, 4, 5).
4) Attach the new O − rings (2, 3, 4, 5) to the injection valve.
5) Remove the bush (94289C).
6) Carefully put the injection valve in the cylinder cover. Make sure that the dowel
pin (6) engages in the holder (1).

7) Put the spring cages (4, Fig. 7 ) in position on the injection valve.
8) Apply Never-Seez NSBT to the threads and the seating surfaces of Allen
screws (2).
9) Attach the f Allen screws (2) to the spring cages (4).
10) Tighten equally the Allen screws (2) until the spring guides (3) are flush with the
spring cages (4).
11) Connect the cable (1) to the applicable terminal box.
