Install conductance-controlled dosing device

NOTE

Danger of rusting and clogged jets caused by drilling swarf!

Rusting drilling swarf can also cause “stainless steel” to begin to rust.

Ø

Remove drilling swarf from the interior of the warewasher.

Install measuring electrode

Open door.

Ø

Remove the lower wash arms and filter cassette.

Ø

Line the interior of the tank with cloths or suitable paper to catch drilling swarf.

Ø

Determine the size of the drill hole according to the measuring electrode.

Ø

Drill a hole for the measuring electrode at position (1).

Ø

Deburr the drillhole.

Ø

Remove drilling swarf from the interior of the warewasher.

Ø

Install measuring electrode.

Ø

Lead the connection cable of the measuring electrode to the dosing device.

Assemble injection hose for dosing device for powder

Open door.

Ø

Remove the lower wash arms and filter cassette.

Ø

Line the interior of the tank with cloths or suitable paper to catch drilling swarf.

Ø

Determine the size of the drill hole according to the flushing nozzle.

Ø

Drill a hole for the inflow point at position (2).

Ø

Deburr the drillhole.

Ø

Remove drilling swarf from the interior of the warewasher.

Ø

Mount the flushing nozzle on the warewasher.

Ø

Fasten the injection hose to the flushing nozzle with a hose clamp.

Ø

Seal openings in cover and attach edge protection.
