USEFUL TIPS
Pre-wind the nuts on to the
T-Head bolts a couple of
turns, insert them into their
assembly position and then
use a cordless drill with the
10mm nut setter/socket (or
spanner) to tighten them.
As you work be careful not
to over tighten the nuts.
About the T-head bolts.
We have developed the T-head bolt as our standard fastener for our range of Greenhouses
as it allows you to construct the Greenhouse in a relatively quick and simple manner,
without any specialised tools. When using the T-head bolts start by winding the nut a
couple of turns onto the T-head bolt, then insert the head of the T-head bolt into the
aluminum channel. Place the appropriate brackets, braces or parts into position and tighten
the nut to secure. As you tighten the nut the head will rotate clockwise in the channel and
secure itself against the inner wall of the aluminum extrusion. It is important not to over-
tighten these bolts as they are seated in the aluminum channel, and can pull-through
causing damage.

About the glazing
This set of instructions is common to our range of polycarbonate glazed greenhouses,
glasshouses and shade houses. The frame and assembly method are the same among
these three different structures, it is just the glazing panels that differ. When working through
the assembly manual you will often see images displaying polycarbonate in the frame. This
is used as an example only, as you might be using shade-mesh or glass in place of the
polycarbonate.
