FIRMWARE UPDATE PROBLEMS
Unable to establish connection between computer and PVR using the RS-232 Serial Port
If you are not able to establish a working connection between your PC and PVR, make sure you
have the communications port settings on your PC set up properly.
You need to change the settings on your COM1 port using the device manager in windows.
Make sure the bits per second is set to 115200 (right click on my computer -> manage -> device
manager -> ports (COM & LPT) and check the port settings tab in the properties window of
COM1)
