AIR HOSE CONNECTOR
–Freightliner
®
Chassis
For convenience, your coach is equipped with
a quick-connect air coupler to which you can
connect an air hose for inflating tires or sports
and camping equipment if needed.
NOTE: Air hose and inflation or blowing
attachments are not supplied and must be
obtained separately.
The quick-connect coupler is located behind
the hood panel at the front end of the vehicle.
Instructions for connection and disconnection are
shown on the label at the coupler.
The air is supplied by the chassis air brake/
suspension system air accumulator tank.
When the air pressure is less than what you
need to inflate an item, you must start the coach
engine to run the system air compressor to fill the
accumulator tank.
EFFECTS OF PROLONGED
OCCUPANCY
Your motor home was designed primarily for
recreational use and short-term occupancy. If you
expect to occupy your coach for an extended
period, be prepared to deal with condensation and
humid conditions that may be encountered.
Humidity and Condensation
Moisture condensing on the inside of
windows is a visible indication that there is too
much humidity inside the coach. Excessive
moisture can cause water stains or mildew, which
can damage interior items such as upholstery and
cabinets.
When you recognize the signs of excessive
moisture and condensation in your coach, you
should take immediate action to minimize their
effects.
You can help reduce excessive moisture
inside the motor home by taking the following
steps:
