To change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius or  
from Celsius to Fahrenheit, press and hold the LIGHT 
control key for 5 seconds 

 
Before You Start

 

 

The wine cellar should be placed in a location where the ambient temperature is between 
60-90

°

 Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is above or below this range, the 

performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold 
or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate. 
 

Setting the Temperature Control 

NOTE: The temperature readout shows the actual cellar temperature, it will 
temporarily flash and show the set temperature, while making adjustments, then 
reverts back after 5 seconds.

Make sure power cord is connected to a properly grounded outlet.

Turn the power ON by pressing and holding the POWER button for 1 
second.

The unit has two separate temperature zones. The temperature of the left 
zone can be set between 36ºF and 43ºF and the temperature of the right 
zone can be set between 41ºF and 68ºF. 

4.

 

Press the temperature control buttons until the desired temperature is 
achieved. Temperatures decrease/increase 1°F with each push of the 
button.  
 

NOTE: Temperatures may fluctuate depending on whether the interior light is ON 
or OFF and depending on the position of the bottles.
