How to get Warranty Service

:  In the event your wine cooler is not operating within the 

manufact

urer’s specifications, during the Warranty Period, contact customer service by email at

Limitation of Implied Warranties

:  All implied warranties, including warranties of 

merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this 
Limited Warranty. 

 

Exclusion of Certain Damages

:  Wine Enthusiast’s liability is limited toreplacement or repair of 

the defective wine cooler.  Wine Enthusiast shallnot be liable for any damages, whether incidental, 
consequential or otherwise,because of any defective wine cooler.

:  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty 

lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above 
limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. The Limited Warranty gives you specific legal
