Operating Your Wine Cellar 

 
Each wine cellar includes an operating panel on the front of the unit. This 
operating panel includes several features to operate and control the temperature. 
 

 

 
 
 

 

 

 
 

1.

 

Turns the light ON and OFF.  

2.

 

Set temperature display, shows the factory preset or use the UP or DOWN controls 
to change to your preferred setting. 

3.

 

Indicates Celsius or Fahrenheit for the temperature set reading. 

4.

 

Displays the actual wine cellar temperature. The temperature will reach its set 
temperature after cooling, the display is accurate

Temperature UP, the temperature increases 1

F each time the UP button is pressed.

Use to toggle the LED display between Celsius or Fahrenheit readings. Also can be 
used to turn OFF the wine cellar by depressing for 5 seconds.

Indicates the compressor is currently cooling. 

8.

 

Indicates Celsius or Fahrenheit for the temperature. 

9.

 

Temperature DOWN, the temperature decreases 1

F each time the DOWN button is 

pressed. 

 

 
Before You Start

 

 

The wine cellar should be placed in a location where the ambient temperature is between 
60-77 degrees Fahrenheit. If the ambient temperature is above or below this range, the 
performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold 
or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate.
