Inverter

The inverter generates the high voltage of the LCD display which is neces-
sary for the backlighting.

VGA/4 interface

The STN display and the inverter are linked via the internal VGA/4 interfa-
ce. There is a potentiometer for contrast adjustment of the LCD. The inter-
face is linked with the VGA/4 controller via a 20-pin plug connector.
