Flip the cart upside down
Attach the casters into the holes of the posts with the rubber mallet

Attach the casters into the holes of the posts with the rubber mallet

Flip cart right side up
Attach sleeve clips to the posts at desired handle height
Align the handles the posts
Use rubber mallet to tap down the handles
