Operation

Preparation

1.  Place Water Boiler on a flat leveled surface. 
2.  Remove locking lid by turning counterclockwise.
3.  Fill Water Boiler with water up to the "MAX" indicator inside.
4.  Plug the unit into 120V or 220V power source (as noted on serial 

tag) and turn ON. The heating indicator light will turn on and 

the water will start to heat up. This will continue until the unit 

automatically switches to its warming state.

  WARNING: DO NOT attempt to open the lid while the unit is 

operating to avoid the risk of burning due to the hot water. 

5.  Once warming indicator light turns ON, the water can now be 

dispensed. Use the faucet to dispense the water.

It is recommended to clean the Water Boiler before the first use. To 

clean and protect the urn, the manufacturer used food grade cleaning 

oil on the product.
1.  Fill the Water Boiler to “MAX” level with water, boil, discard  the 

water, and rinse. Repeat the procedure several times to remove 

any dust, residues, etc., from the Water Boiler.

When in operation, the 

appliance surfaces will be HOT!

Safety Precautions

Before installing and operating this equipment be 

sure everyone involved in its operation are fully 

trained and aware of all precautions. Accidents 

and problems can result from a failure to follow 

fundamental rules and precautions.

• 

A WINCO® Approved Recommended Qualified Service Technician 

should carry out repairs if necessary. Do not remove any 

components or service panels on this product. 

• 

Before handling, allow the equipment to cool after use. 

• 

Before cleaning, switch off power and disconnect power cord 

from the outlet.

• 

Do not immerse unit in water or use hose to clean.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a WINCO® 

Approved Recommended Qualified Service Technician in order to 

avoid a hazard.

THIS EQUIPMENT MUST ONLY BE SERVICED BY AN AUTHORIZED AGENT.

To maintain the appearance and increase the service 

life, clean the water boiler daily. 
Clean all surfaces before using the appliance. Also 

clean after each day’s operation; however, the unit 

may require more frequent cleaning, depending on 

the volume of production.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

• 

Switch power off and disconnect from the outlet before cleaning. 

• 

Unplug the unit when not in operation.

• 

Allow unit to cool before attempting to clean.

• 

The interior of the water boiler should be cleaned periodically with 

warm, soapy water and soft cloth. 

• 

The exterior of the unit may be cleaned by carefully wiping with a 

damp cloth

• 

DO NOT

 immerse the unit in water. 

• 

DO NOT

 clean with a pressure washer.
