6. Fit the round axle into the axle sleeve and
lock the pins.
7. Loosen and remove pins on the round axle.
Fit the wheels on the axle. Lock the pins on
the round axle.
Operation
1. Place the kayak onto the cart with its weight centered on the cart.
2. Use the tie-down strap to secure the kayak to the cart.
