Mounting
The device should be placed on a level surface sufficiently lit, if possible, on a workbench. Make sure
that there is enough free space on the sides so that the crank can be turned without any problems. The
area surrounding the machine should be free of waste, oil, and dirt.
Operation
1. Choose the roller set required for operation.
2. Place the roller spacers and the retaining nuts on the input and output shafts. Tighten the re-
taining nuts with a wrench.
3. With the adjustment handle, adjust the position of the upper roller according to the thickness of
the workpiece.
Maintenance
Lubrication
1. All metal surfaces exposed should be coated with light oil to prevent rust from forming. Use
multi-purpose grease or bearing grease for lubrication.
2. The setting block should be greased.
3. Oil the drive shaft monthly through the oil openings.
