Re-installing the filter:

 

  Insert the bottom part of the filter frame into the slot and the gently push

the filter in place.

Troubleshooting

Before calling a technician or sending your machine back for repair, please check this troubleshooting
list first. Contact the manufacturer or an authorized service partner in case of questions.

Problem

Possible Cause/Solution

The machine does not work

Is the power cut?

Is the power supply cord connected to a power outlet?

Is the pulsator tangled with something?

Unable to drain

Has the drain hose been lowered?

Is the drain hose frozen?

Is the drain hose blocked?

Are there any clothes fallen outside of the spin tub?

Abnormal   sound   while   wash-
ing

Are there any loose particles in the wash tub?

Reduced water in wash tub 

Is the bellows of the overflow filter being miss-installed?

There is abnormal sound and
violent vibration while spinning

Is the machine placed on a flat and solid ground?

Is the spinner cap placed into the spin tub?

Are there any clothes fallen outside of the spin tub?

Is there too much laundry in the spin tub?

Caution:

 Do not attempt to repair the machine by yourself.

Please turn off the power or disconnect the power plug from the mains

after having finished washing or spinning.
