Mounting and operation instructions

Hang the heater from a firm and level ceiling.

The hook hanging from the ceiling holding the heater must be able to securely hold a weight
3 or 4 times that of the heater itself.

Hang the heater hook on the ceiling hook and place a ring of the heater chain onto the ceiling
hook at the required height.

The distance between the bottom of the heater to the floor must be over 1.8 m and the distance
between the top of the heater and ceiling must be at least 30 cm.

Only operate the heater when it is in an upright position. The heater has three heating levels
(500 W, 1000 W or 1500 W) that can be set via the buttons.

The device can be switched on or off via the on/off switch of the remote control or the switch of
the device.

For  additional  lighting,  the  built-in  LED  light  can  be  switched  on  using  the  remote  control  as
required.

Maintenance

Switch off the device before performing any reparation or maintenance work; let the device completely
cool down.

To keep the heater clean, the outer cover can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You can use
a mild detergent if necessary. Dry with a soft cloth after cleaning.

Do not use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powder, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the
heater. This can lead to damage or scratches on the surface of the heater.

Although this heater is approved for use outdoors (on balconies and patios), for your own safety
do not immerse it in water. Before use, wait until the device is completely dry.

Storage

If the heater will not be used for a longer period of time, store it in a cool, dry location when not in use.
To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original packaging to repack the unit for storage.

Trouble shooting

If the heater will not operate, please check the following before thinking of repair or servicing work:

check if the electricity to the main fuse is working;

make sure that the power switches are turned on. If not,

switch it on.
