  Select a location to install the amplifi er that is away from excessive heat, direct 

sunlight and moisture.

  Select a location on the roof of the building to install the outside antenna. Use 

a cell phone in test mode to fi nd the strongest signal from the cell tower. Visit 

wilsonelectronics.com to fi nd test mode function for your particular cell phone.

  Select a location for the inside antenna, preferably in the center of where the 

signal needs to be amplifi ed.

  Verify that both the outside antenna and the inside antenna are connected 

before powering up the amplifi er.

  Lightning protection is recommended for all in-building installations.

  Separation distance between inside and outside antennas should be between 

50 to 60 feet.
