Step
7.
Form
fenders
as
shown.
Use
small
needle
nose
plyers
to
assist
in
forming.
Apply
tape
over
jaws
to
prevent
scratching
the
stainless
steel.
Forming
in
the
steps
shown
below
will
give
best
results,
and
prevent
distortion
of
thin
areas
on
the
front
panel
(1).
Hold
this
side
tightly
with
plyers
and
form
protruding
leg
up.
(2).
Hold
this
side
tightly
with
plyers
and
form
short
end
legs
up.
(3).
Carefully
form
rear
panel
up.
Step
8.
Install
fenders
on
body.
Body
tabs
in
floor
and
side
panels
align
with
slots
on
fenders.
Step9.
Carefully
trim
the
wheel
rims
from
the
roof
molding,
and
insert
into
the
tires.
Install
the
wheels
onto
the
trailer
with
axles
provided.
Step
10.
Form
up
door
pieces
as
shown
below.
Step
11.
Install
door
latch
as
shown.
Bottom
of
latch
should
be
flush
with
the
bottom
of
the
door.
Top
of
latch
will
bump
the
door
frame
when
door
is
shut..
Optionally,
this
can
be
glued
shut.
Step
12.
Install
jack.
Two
different
positions
are
available
for
the
jack
position.
Glue
in
desired
slots.
This
completes
your
Ranch
Hand
Assembly!
Time
to
head
out
and
round
up
the
steers!
