Uses
The SK 545 switchgear is used to monitor the rotary field, watertightness
and temperature of the motors of submersible pumps, series TP80, TP100
and TP 150. It is fitted as an additional device to conventional switchgear in
which the specified safety functions are not provided.
The tripping unit is designed for two pumps.

Safety
The safety instructions are to be taken from the Installation and Operating
Instructions of the connected switchgear / pumps and observed at all
times.

Transport and interim storage
The switchgear is to be protected against moisture and
mechanical damage caused by jolts/impacts.It should not
be exposed to temperatures outside the range –10°C to
+50°C.

Monitoring direction of rotation:
The switchgear displays the direction of rotation of the mains connection's
rotary field.
