危险
缺失防护装置导致生命危险!

如果缺失接线盒的防护装置或者联轴器/电机区域内缺失防护装置,则电击或者
接触正在旋转的部件都可能导致致命伤害。

• 开始试运行之前,必须将接线盒盖或联轴器罩壳等之前拆下的防护装置重新

安装好!

• 开始试运行之前,必须先由获得授权的专业人员对水泵和电机上的安全装置

进行功能检查!

警告
喷射出的流体和松动的部件可能导致人员受伤!

水泵/设备安装不当,可能在试运行阶段导致人员重伤!

• 必须谨慎执行所有作业!

• 在试运行过程中保持距离!

• 执行所有作业时,都要穿戴防护服、佩戴防护手套和护目镜。

注意

建议由 Wilo 公司客户服务人员将水泵投入运行。

准备工作

在试运行之前,水泵的环境温度必须适当。

预调试

ƒ

检查轴是否可以转动而没有摩擦。如果叶轮锁死或者有摩擦,则松开联轴器螺
栓,以规定的扭矩将其重新拧紧。(参见表格“螺栓拧紧扭矩”)。

ƒ

正确为设备充气和排气。

9.2

填充和排气

小心
干转运行会损坏机械密封!可能导致泄漏。

• 禁止水泵空运行。

警告
接触水泵/设备有烫伤或因低温而粘住的危险。

视水泵和设备的运行状态而定(流体温度),整个水泵可能温度很高或温度很
低。

• 在运行过程中保持距离!

• 使设备和水泵冷却至室温!

• 执行所有作业时,都要穿戴防护服、佩戴防护手套和护目镜。

危险
特别热或者冷的受压液体会造成人身及物品损伤危险!

根据流体温度的不同,完全打开排气装置时可能有液态或者气态的、

温度超高

温度超低

的流体溢出。根据系统压力的不同,流体可能在高压下喷出。

• 打开排气装置时必须小心谨慎。

正确灌注设备和排气。

为此,松开通气阀并为水泵排气。

2.

排气结束后重新拧紧通气阀,使水不再流出。
