Convection 

During  convection  cooking,  hot  air  is  circulated 
throughout the oven cavity to brown and make crisp 
foods  quickly  and  evenly.  This  oven  can  be 
programmed for ten different cooking temperatures. 
Max  cooking  time  user  can  set  is  99  minutes  and 
99 seconds. To cook with convection, touch CONV. 
button  once  and  then  touch  the  number  button  to 
enter the desired convection temperature. (0-400F, 
1-180F,  2-225F,  3-250F,  4-275F,  5-300F,  6-325F, 
7-335F, 8-350F, 9-375F) 

To preheat and cook with convection 
Your oven can be programmed to combine preheating 
and convection cooking operations.
1. Open the oven door and place the food, close 

it. 

2. Touch CONV. button once. 
3. Touch number button to indicate convection 

temperature. 

4. Touch START button to start. Beeps will sound 

when the designated temperature is reached. 

5. Open the door and place container of food at 

the center of the turntable. 

6. Touch the number buttons to enter cooking 

time. 

7. Touch START button to start 
NOTE: There is a short sound every 5 seconds for 
30 minutes. If not open the oven door, in the 30 
minutes, the oven will automatically End. The 
longest preheat time is 30 minutes, and the preheat 
time cannot be set. 
To cook with convection

 

1. Open the oven door and place the food, close 

it. 

2. Touch CONV. button once. 
3. Touch number button to indicate convection 

temperature. 

4.

Touch the number buttons to enter cooking time. 

5.

Touch START button to start. 

NOTE:  You  can  check  the  convection  temperature 
while  cooking  is  in  progress  by  touching  the  CONV. 
button. 

Mi convection 

Maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds. 
This oven has four pre-programmed settings that 
make it easy to cook with both convection heat and 
microwave automatically. 
1.

In  standby  mode,  press  COMBI./MICRO+CONV. 
button once. 

2.

Touch number button (1~4) to indicate cooking 
temperature. 

3.

Touch the number buttons to enter cooking time. 

4.

Press START to confirm.

the door, press START to resume.

Enter weight by touching number pads.

Touch START pad. 

NOTE:  The  maximum  weight  is  64  oz.  During 
defrosting,  the  oven  will  pause  and  sound  beep  to 
remind  user  to  turn  the  food  over,  after  that,  press 
START to resume.
