Microphone Gain Adjust 

If necessary, the microphone gain control located in the battery compartment on the 

back of the T863 transmitter, can be increased or decreased to meet the demands 

of specific listening applications. The microphone gain control in figure 3 , can be 

adjusted by using a tuning wand or small screwdriver. To reduce the gain, turn the 

gain control fully counterclockwise. To increase the gain, turn the gain control fully 

clockwise. Close the battery door after adjustments have been made.

Belt Clip Installation

To Install:

 Position the belt clip on the rear of the T863 transmitter as shown in 

figure 4. Turn the belt clip 180˚ left or right as shown below. The belt clip is now 

installed and ready for use.

To Remove:

 Turn the belt clip 180˚ so the open end of the clip points to the top of 

the unit as shown in figure 4. Gently pull the belt clip away from the unit to remove.
