7.1 Extended Glossary of Terms
This section describes general terms and abbreviations used within this manual.

“Amp” stands for ampere which is a unit of electric current

“ANSI Z535.4 standard” refers to the American National Standard for Product Safety
Signs and Labels

“AWG” stands for American Wire Gauge

“Extended” refers to the position of the mast that the mast mechanically goes to from the
nested position. In the extended position, the actuator has extended the mast section to
approximately 85°- 90° (Figure 7-1).
