Problem Troubleshooting
Not functioning
•
Check whether the plug has come out of the socket.
– Reconnect power supply again.
•
Check whether the front panel is properly in place.
– Mount the front panel again if necessary.
Runs continually and
will not stop. LED shows
red the whole time.
•
This may be the result of interference.
– Disconnect the unit from the power supply and restart
it after 15 minutes.
Odour does not go
away.
•
The active carbon filter or the unit itself may need
cleaning.
– Clean the active carbon filter or change filter.
Air pollution has not
improved and the unit
is making noises.
•
The HEPA filter may be blocked.
– Check the HEPA filter or change it.
If the problems persist after troubleshooting, disconnect from
the mains supply and send the unit for repair.
