General safety instructions
• Read the instruction manual carefully before using the
unit, and retain the instructions including the guarantee,
receipt and if possible the box with internal packaging.
• The unit is only designed for private use, and for the
intended purpose. It is not intended for commercial use.
• Keep the unit away from sources of heat, direct sunlight,
moisture and sharp edges.
• The unit must not be operated with wet hands. Pull out
the plug immediately if the unit is damp or wet.
• Must not be submerged in water.
• Must not be used outdoors.
• Do not allow the cable to hang over the edge of the
table or work surface, or come into contact with hot sur-
faces such as stove tops, etc.
• When the unit is to be cleaned or put away, the power
switch must be turned off and the plug must be pulled
from the power socket (pull the plug, not the cord).
• Regularly check the unit and cord for damage. Do not
use the unit if it is damaged.
• Do not try to repair the unit yourself. Always contact an
authorised service facility.
