Congratulations on your new Wilfa SVART Format – kettle, which is a product of Wilfa SVART
family. It will give you a precise heating of the water. Different drinks have different tempera-
tures, which Wilfa SVART Format will give you.
For different tea varieties recommended different temperatures.
At high temperature on some sort of tea it will give the drink a bitter taste. Light tea varieties
such as white tea, green tea and yellow tea is recommended water temperature of 70
o
C – 85
o
C.
For black tea varieties recommended up to the boiling water, between 90
o
C – 100
o
C. The ability
to heat up to 40
o
C, it is a convenient temperature for preparing baby food.
