the unit for the first time.
Operation
Place the Wilfa Svart Optimal on a flat surface. Plug the power cord into the socket.
Fill the water tank with cold water to the desired amount. Place a filter paper (1x4) in the
filter holder. Place the recommended amount of coffee into the filter.
We recommend that you use filter ground coffee, approx. 65 g per litre of water. Experiment
with the quantities for the first few uses until you find out how much coffee you think is best.
We also recommend that you use our
WILFA GRAM STÅL
scale with 1 g intervals for best
results.
Place the filter holder in the bracket and twist to the left to lock into position.
Press the power switch. The start button will flash.
Press the start button, which will then light up, in order to start the percolation process.
When the percolation process is complete, the unit will switch over to the “keep hot”
position for up to 40 minutes. The start button will remain lit during this time.
The coffee should be served fresh. Turn off the power switch when you have finished using
the coffee brewer.
