This feature is useful for identifying individual cameras and
locations when using several cameras.

Time Lapse
Use the
to highlight: On.
Press OK to enter the time lapse setup menu.
Highlight and select the period you want between each time
lapse trigger event.
Press the OK button to confirm selection and return to the
main menu.
If you don’t want triggers within these periods remember to set
the sense level (menu page 3) to off.
Use the

Side PIR
Use the
to highlight: Off or On. Press the OK button to
confirm selection.
When switched on, the side PIR sensors significantly improve
the cameras trigger reaction time by sensing movement in a
10 degree area either side of the camera’s field of view, and
then priming (partially waking up) the camera, so that if the
movement continues into the main PIR field the camera reacts
almost instantly.

Default language reset
Very occasionally Ltl Acorn cameras will default to another
menu language (mainly German). To reset to English, follow
the procedure above for Default Set or follow this procedure:
Switch to Test
Press Menu
Press
once (this takes you to ‘Default. in the menu)
Press OK
Use the
to highlight: Yes (Ja in German)
Press OK
This should return the menu to English language.

And finally...
Once you have completed your preferred settings you can prepare the camera for placing in the garden:
• Exit the menu by pressing the ‘Menu’ button.
• Move the switch under the bottom flap to the ‘Off’ position.
• Replace the rear battery back and secure the side clips
• Once you have chosen the location for the camera, move the switch to the ‘On’ position and secure the bottom flap.
• You will see a flashing red LED on the front of the camera for 10 seconds, once this has stopped the camera is active and will be
triggered by movement.
Note: If mounting the camera on a tripod or ground spike, ensure that you disconnect it from the camera before opening the
bottom flap to avoid excessive force on the hinge.
