3.2 Intended use
The pressure sensor is used for measuring pressure. The measured pressure is
output as an electrical signal. The pressure sensor is intended for use in mobile
working machines. The instrument is not suitable for applications in refrigeration and
air-conditioning technology nor for use in water pumps.
Only use the pressure sensor in applications that lie within its technical performance
limits (e.g. max. ambient temperature, material compatibility, ...).
→ For performance limits see chapter 9 “Specifications”.
This instrument is not permitted to be used in hazardous areas!
The instrument has been designed and built solely for the intended use described here,
and may only be used accordingly.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for claims of any type based on operation contrary
to the intended use.
The model MH-4 has been developed for the pressure measurement of non-hazardous
fluids, liquids and gases (classification in accordance with Directive 2014/68/EU Article
13, Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, or GHS1) ) which are mainly used for cooling,
lubrication, cleaning or power transmission in industrial machines.
