We differ between 3 status:
Off:
Signal for the state that the heating element does not
heat up or cool down at the moment.
Blinking:
The temperature of the heating element stays
stable. This is realized by the pulse-interval relation.
ON:
Signal for the state that the heating element is heated
up at the moment. The desired temperature is not yet
reached.
