1) Place the power tool on its side on a flat surface. Hold the outer flange

with the spanner

provided.

2) Loosen the hex head bolt clockwise with the socket wrench provided (See Fig 6).
3) Remove the hex head bolt and outer flange.
4) Remove the cutting wheel from the inner flange and pull it out (See Fig 7).
5) Clean the flanges thoroughly before mounting the new cutting wheel.
6) Mount the new cutting wheel onto the spindle and against the inner flange.
7) Replace the outer flange and tighten the hex head bolt anticlockwise.

Note:

The  direction  in  which  the  cutting  wheel  rotates  has  to be  the  same  as  the  direction of the arrow

marked on the guard.

After replacing the cutting wheel, make sure that the cutting wheel runs freely by turning the cutting

wheel by hand. Plug the power tool into a power socket and run the power tool under no load to check
that it runs smoothly before using it to cut any material.

Do not under any circumstances use grinding discs as the cutting tool.

7. Aligning the angle display

To ensure precise cuts, the base plate adjustment of the power tool must be checked and adjusted as
necessary after intensive use.
1) Loosen the bevel locking bolt.
2) Turn the base plate until the stop to the 0° position.
3) Setting up an angle gauge to 90° and position it between the base plate and the cutting wheel (See
Fig 8).
4) Adjusting the hexagon socket head screw until the leg of the angle gauge is align with the cutting
wheel and base plate (See Fig 9).
5) Firmly tighten locking bolt again.

8. Installing water pipe

1) First, Loosen the locking knob on the depth guide and move the base plate down. Install the water
cock on the guard using the screw (See Fig 10).
2) Attach the vinyl tube onto the water cock and attach the adapter on the vinyl tube to a faucet of water
mains pressure. Adjust the amount of water flow by simply adjusting the water cock.

9. Operation

Hold the power tool firmly. Set the base plate on the workpiece to be cut without the cutting wheel
making any contact. Then turn the power tool on and wait until the cutting wheel attains full speed. Now
simply move the power tool forward over the workpiece surface, keeping it flat and advancing smoothly
until the cutting is completed. Keep your cutting line straight and your speed of advance uniform (See
Fig 11).

Note:

This power tool should only be used on horizontal surfaces.

Be sure to move the power tool forward in a straight line and gently. Forcing and exerting excessive

pressure or allowing the cutting wheel to bend, pinch or twist in the cut can cause overheating of the
motor and dangerous kickback of the power tool.
