Are there times when I should not use
the wax guard?
If a medical condition exists, such as a perforated
eardrum, or if an ointment is used do not use the wax
guard.

nate the need for daily cleaning procedures.

If the wax guard becomes dislodged from the hear-
ing aid while in the ear canal, please contact your
physician immediately. Do not try to remove the
wax guard from your ear canal yourself.
