General
• To maintain the proper shape of the ear-set, be care-
ful not to twist or squeeze it out of shape when your
hearing aid is placed in the case.
• It is important to wipe the ear-set thoroughly and
keep it clean of wax, etc. Otherwise, the ear-tip may
come off.
• The ear-tip must be replaced if it no longer fits your
ear, for example if your ear canal size has changed, or
the ear-tip becomes broken.
