10.1 Service Information - Solid State Relay Control Board CP107-10
CAUTION: Mains voltage is present
on this control board whenever the
power source is energised.
This control board provides the following
functions:
• Welding transformer ON / OFF control in
response to an output from the wirefeed
control board (the contactor function).
• Output voltage control by means of Phase-
shifting of the welding transformer primary
voltage, as adjusted by the wirefeeder
front panel ‘Fine’ voltage selection knob.
Connections to the board are detailed in the
drawing below.
