Using your mobile phone as

 a sig

n

al meter,

 confir

m that either your attic or your 

roof will deliver optimal signal strength 

to the Signal Aerial

. Identify the best 

locati

on for atta

chment of the mounting br

acket – such as 

an attic cross or main 

beam.

 

2.

 

Secure the mounting bracket at the highest 

possible

 point and at le

ast 1 me

te

r away 

from metal objects such as pipe

s,

 metal siding, A/C unit etc. 

3.

 

Position the mo

unting bracket such that the Si

gnal Aerial will be vertical and attach 

the Signal Aerial (

see fi

gur

e 7

).

Conne

ct the

 supplie

d coaxial cab

le

 to 

the base of 

the Signal Aerial.  

5.

 

Run the coaxial cable along a de

scending 

pipe or

 through a wall that that leads 

closest to the location of the Base Unit.

le or drilling 

holes until the syst
