Troubleshooting

Make sure that the  freezer runs on a 

dedicated power source that can sup-

port the maximum power consumption 

of the freezer

Run the freezer on a dedicated power

Noise during operation

The legs are not leveled 

 

Certain sounds are normal 

 

Make sure legs are properly installed 



The compressor runs for 1 to 5 

minutes and stops

The voltage is not in the correct 

range

Unplug and restart when the power is 

normal 

 

The compressor runs but the 

inner liner does not get very cold 
 

 

The ambient temperature is too

If temperature is higher than 90°F, the 

unit need longer to cool to the set tem-
