9. Now insert the drive axel with the short opening into the respective opening at the underside of
the motor block.

10. Place the motor block on the transparent lid and make sure, that the drive axle fits into the 
opening of mixer and that the power contact with compressor housing is established.

11. Put the plug into a power socket. Press the “0/1” button, the Machine is electrified and the
display shows ”50:00” an. The appliance is ready for operation.

12. Select the desired freezing time by repeated pressing of the button “TEMPS” in steps of 10
minutes(10, 30, 40, 50 minutes). The setting “20 minutes” is not provided.

13. Press the M/A button. After a few seconds the appliance starts mixing. The green light is turning
on.

14. Approx. 2 minutes later the freezing is turned on and the red control light turns on.
Caution : The freezing starts at the bottom. It is possible that the mixer slows or stops when the ice
cream is freezing at the bottom. 

15. During operation, the appliance can be stopped at any time by pressing the M/A button for at
least 2 seconds.

16. During operation, the freezing time can be extended by pressing the time select button in steps
of 5 minutes up to max. freezing time of 50 minutes.

17. The appliance turns off automatically after running out of the pre-selected time. Ten beeps will
sound. The display shows ” 0:00”. Then the ice cream can be taken out.

18. If the ice cream is still too soft, you can restart the appliance by pressing the M/A button for at
least 2 seconds. Select the desired additional freezing time with the time select button ”TEMPS”,
then press the M/A button. The appliance will restart to run out the pre-selected time and will then
return into the initial mode.

19. If the ice cream is not taken out within 10 minutes after the beeps, the automatic freezing 
function is activated to avoid the ice cream from melting.

20. This function cools the ice cream in steps of 10 minutes intermittently for max. 1 hour. Then the
appliance returns into the starting mode.

21. Press the “0/1” button to shut off the machine, then unplug the appliance before taking out the
ice cream.

22. To take out the ice cream first remove the motor block and then the transparent lid by turning it
counter-clockwise. 

23. Take out the ice cream bowl and remove the mixer from ice cream.

24. Fill the ice cream into an appropriate freezing container with lid. Do not use any sharp tools, but
preferably plastic or wood spoons or spatulas.
