CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
Before cleaning the appliance, always switch it off, unplug it from the power socket and allow it to
cool down completely.
•
Do not clean the appliance with abrasive cleaners or sharp objects, e.g. a hard brush or
knife.
•
Empty the water reservoir.
•
Use a damp cloth to clean the iron’s housing and soleplate.
•
Dry the iron’s housing and soleplate with a dry cloth.
•
If required, clean the soleplate with cleaning vinegar. Follow the instructions provided on
the cleaning vinegar packaging.
STORAGE
Ensure that the steam button is down. Empty the water reservoir. Stand the iron on its heel in a dry
place.
