To remove the outlet and impeller hous-
ings and rubber o-ring:
a) Remove the four screws and hex nuts
from the outlet housing.
b) Use a putty knife and pry the outlet
housing away from the impeller hous-
ing, and remove the housing.

d) Pull the impeller housing off the pump
and position it as shown below.
e) Use a small screwdriver and pry the
o-ring off the impeller housing.
NOTE: If the impeller housing seal is worn,
replace the housing.
c) Use a large screwdriver and insert it
into the screw at the front of the hous-
ing, then holding the impeller to keep it
from turning, turn the screw, and re-
move the impeller.
