11 – FAILURE CORRECTION CHART (TROUBLESHOOTING)

SOLUTION
If the Power Cable is connected.
Connect it
If the wall outlet is powered.
If not, advise the consumer to call an
electrician.
If the circuit breaker is tripped or if the
home fuse is opened.
Reset the circuit breaker or advise the
consumer to call an electrician.
High or Low voltage (check oscillation
of lamps)
Advice the consumer to install an
automatic voltage stabilizer =
1000Watts
Does not Work
Power Cable damaged.
Replace it.
If the Refrigerator was turned off by
the Off key. In this situation the LCD
display will be shown traces (see Use
Characteristics)
Turn on the Refrigerator by the same
way On key.
If the Electronic Control – PCB and
Interface Board are working properly.
Check if there is electrical energy
coming well until the PCB and LCD
Display (Interface), through the wiring
harness.
Check if all interface components are
working well, if not, replace the
damaged component,if yes, check the
Electronic Control – PCB.
If installation is correct (heat sources,
sunshine, embedding, etc.)
Advise the consumer on the proper
installation and minimum distance for
embedding (10 cm on the top and 3cm
on the sides).
If there are any utensils blocking the
wind-flow cold air outlet.
Unblock and advise the consumer.
If there were excess door openings or
open doors.
Advise the consumer.
If the Refrigerator Temperature Set is
on the proper position.
Advise the consumer. On days too hot
or with the Refrigerator too full, the
Temperature selection should be set
to maximum po 1 ºC.

If the Fan motors (Refrigerator &
Freezer) is working properly.
Check the Fan Motors, Electronic
Control and their electric connectors,
carring out the Self Test Routine.
Finding any problem, adjust the
contacts or replace the damaged

Membrane must float during air flow.
Replace the Membrane or apply
chemical talcum.
If the product is an Alarm mode.
Check orientation done on this Manual

Alarm code shown on the LCD.
The Sealed system operation, as
leakage or restriction on the system,
low compressor pumping, fluid charge
and others.
Replaced the failure component and
do the reoperation system.
If the Electronic Control – PCB is
working properly.
Check if all interface components are
working well, if not, replace the
damaged component,if yes, check the
Electronic Control – PCB.
