Switching the appliance on
Starting the appliance
All controls are on the outside of the appliance.
Plug in the appliance to switch it on and adjust the thermostat (figure A) to the required setting.
The product has an inside light (figure B) which comes on automatically when the door is opened.
Thermometer:
The product is supplied with one or more bracelet thermometers, contained inside the bag of accessories.
The thermometer placed on the bottle measures its temperature.
Temperature adjustment
1. For correct appliance operation, set the
thermostat according to the instructions given
in the section “Introduction to wine” (pag. 14).
2. To change the temperature in the
compartments, turn the thermostat adjustment
knob:
• to the lowest numbers 1-2 for the LEAST
COLD temperatures inside the
compartments.
• to the highest numbers 3-4 for the
COLDEST temperatures.

: the appliance's functions and
lighting are inhibited, but the appliance remains
powered by the mains.
Note:
The ambient temperature, frequency of door
opening and the position of the appliance can affect
the internal temperatures. Take these factors into
consideration when setting the thermostat.
