A. Hood Surface Maintenance
1. Please clean the hood surface regularly with mild detergent and wipe with a cotton cloth to prevent grease
from accumulating.
2. Please do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agent to clean the surface because this will damage the
surface.
3. It is recommended to use non corrosive stainless steel polisher to polish the surface after cleaning.
4. Please use soft cloth for polishing because it will make your hood surface shining.
5. Please do not use cleaning solutions that contain bleach ingredient.
B. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Clean both exterior and interior of the hood for long lasting. Do not use abrasive cleanser.
in a dishwasher at low temperature and with a short cycle.
6. The oil cup in the center of the motor shell for holding grease can be detached and cleaned regularly.
7. It is recommended to turn on the hood before turning on the stove to avoid high temperature in the kitchen.
Always disconnect from power supply before cleaning.
