Flickering dispenser lamp on SxS appliance.
SUBJECT:
In case that a customer claims a flickering dispenser lamp, the User Interface electronic board has to be ex-
changed. This can happen on the Side by Side range from 2007 production. The User Interface boards are modified to
solve this problem.
REMEDIAL ACTION
To avoid product exchange in the field, the User Interface boards are equipped with a new software and a modified hardware.
All new boards are available in SPC since week 42/2010. The stock in SPC is cleaned and filled up with the new boards.
The User Interface boards are used only for Service, because the SxS range 2007 is out of production. In the below table
you will find the old board code with the link to the modified board version (new order number).
