Mounting: SA315
The speakers will mount towards the front of the vehicle using existing
mounting holes. The driver and passenger side brackets are indicated
by either a “D” or a “P” in the serial number.
NOTE: The driver side bracket is shown here. Both driver and
passenger side mount the same.
1. Secure both SA315 speakers to their mounting brackets (Fig. 1) and
tighten all mounting hardware firmly.
NOTE: The side of the mounting bracket that mounts to the frame
rail will use the existing tow hook mounting hardware. If the
vehicle is not equipped with a tow hook, use the supplied 3/8 - 16
Elastic Stop Nut, 3/8” Flat Washer and 3/8 - 16 X 1 Hex Head Bolt.
2. With the speakers secured to the mounting brackets, mount the
driver side bracket to the vehicle (Figs. 2 & 3). The side of the
bracket mounts to an existing hole in the frame rail using either the
tow hook mounting hardware or the supplied hardware (See Note
above) The top of the mounting bracket mounts to a front bumper
mount using the existing mounting hardware.
3. Tighten all mounting hardware and repeat for passenger side.
4. Extend the WHITE (positive) wires and the BLACK (negative) wires
to your siren amplifier and connect as described in the amplifiers
instructions.

IMPORTANT:
For drainage purposes, the speaker must be oriented so that
the wire passage hole is in the “6 o’clock” position (closest to the road).
This hole also serves as the drain hole for the siren. Improper mounting
will result in premature driver failure and void the product warranty.
The SA315 siren speaker is shipped
with two 1/4-20 X 1-1/4" Hex Head Bolts
which hold the speaker together.
One of the
shorter bolts must be used in the
bottom hole that does not go through

secure the driver to the housing.
If you need to remove all 4 bolts at
once, be sure to hold the driver
securely in place.
Replace the bolt toward the top of the
speaker with a longer 1/4 - 20 X 1-1/2
