7.4 DIP Switch Programming
The ESC-864 controller board has two, eight-position dip switches. The switches are set by the manufacturer in
accordance with the users application and the software/hardware options that are installed into the system at the
time of manufacture. The dip switches control function settings and instant status settings. The Test Sheet, included
with each IPS, refers to these settings as Function Dips (SW 1) and Status Dips (SW 2).
