TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE:
Condition Check
1)
SP-COA cannot be accessed
Check presence and polarity of voltage on + & - 24 VDC terminals
and that power is filtered and regulated.
Verify SP-COA has released from last page.
Check the SP40/2 is not in a trouble condition.
Verify that “Tel Input” and “Tel Output” wires are not switched.
2)
No sound or low page volume
Check for presence of audio on the “Tel Input” terminals.
Increase the “Tel” volume control on the SP40/2 (see SP40/2 manual
for information and location of the “Tel” volume control).
Check the SP40/2 is not in a trouble condition.
