BEFORE YOU BEGIN 

 

CAUTION:  WHEELA  is  delivered  with  dismantled 

handlebars  part

.  Follow  these  simple 

instructions to make WHEELA ready for riding: 

ASSEMBLY

 

1.

 

MOUNT

 the 

handlebars  part

 onto the top of 

the 

front tube

 
 
 
 
 

 

2.

 

PUSH

  the 

stem

  firmly  down  onto  the  front 

tube until it touches the 

collar

.

  

 
 
 
 
 

 

3.

 

ROTATE

  the 

handlebars

  relative  to  the 

front 

tube

 so that the tips of the two white arrows 

are aligned. 

 
 
 
 
 
 

 

4.

 

FASTEN

 the 

two

 

nuts

 until the 

handlebars

 are 

firmly  fixed  and  do  not  move  vertically  (use 
the  wrench  included  within  this  manual). 
Alternately apply equal amount of revolutions 
on  both  nuts;  do  not  tighten  just  one  of  the 
nuts.
