3.2.6 Space for servicing
The dishwasher is designed to allow it to be positioned in a corner as shown in
the figure below. There must be a gap of at least 100 mm between the walls and
the dishwasher. A clearance of around 1 metre must be left in front of and to the
right of the dishwasher to allow access for servicing and maintenance. The elec-
trical cabinet can be swung out from the dishwasher when servicing and repairs
are needed. To facilitate this, clearance is needed in the form of a semi-circle with
a radius of around 0.75 m running from the front right-hand corner of the machine,
as shown in the figure below. If e.g. a loading table is to be positioned next to the
machine, this should be easy to move.
