Safety Notes
Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised for their safety by a qualified person
or are briefed by the responsible person how to use the unit.
Use this magnifier lamp only with circular fluorescent tubes of the type 4 pole,
with G10Q base.
Use the magnifier lamp only with the included table clamp.
Always pull the power plug before changing the illuminant.
Change a defective illuminant immediately.
Do not use the magnifier lamp if any components have been damaged.
Do not run the cable over sharp edges or around tight corners.
Do not cover the magnifier lamp while it is turned on.
Do not place the switched on magnifier lamp closer than 5 cm to a surface.
Do not clean the magnifier lamp with aggressive chemicals or abrasives.
Do not use the magnifier lamp outdoors.
Be aware that the magnifier can act as a burning glass if it is placed in the
sunlight next to a window. Be careful not to focus the lens on any surface
which may be incinerated by the focused sunlight.
